Processing & Turnaround

 

 

• All items are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipping.

• Rush orders may be available upon request—send us a message and we’ll do our best to help!

 

 

 

Shipping

 

 

• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

• Bootheel Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

 

 

 

Local Pickup

 

 

• Local customers can choose Free Pickup at checkout.

• We’ll notify you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

• Because items are custom and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or an error was made on our end.

• Please check size charts and design previews carefully before ordering.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• We’ll replace the item or issue a store credit.

 

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

 

 

 

Custom Orders

 

 

• We love bringing your ideas to life! Custom requests are welcome, but payment must be received before production begin.
